On the thought of petrol prices and deisel prices, it's time all those who accept it take charge of the situation and start demanding those in authority to stop ripping us off.
They must think we are all silly, you only have to look at the prices of fuel in most areas and the rip offs are blatant.

Today - 17 May 2008:
Went to fill up with diesel today and found the price had risen to $1.79.9 per litre in Dubbo. The price of Unleaded is $1.55.9 so that means a whopping $0.24 difference, which I find absolutely imorral, as there are crooks out there, won't name them in case they want to get greedier and sue me, who are making billions more out of ripping off customers at the bowswer.
How can they explain such high rises in diesel and not in Unleaded, as it has to be guaged by the price per barrel, or so we are lead to believe, so why if that's the case hasn't unleaded gone up as much?
The NRMA is very quiet in their absence of voice on this issue, so are the opposition (State and Federal) and anyone who matters.
Diesel is far less pollutant than that of unleaded, recently an article on TV had that as part of a story, found more facts on that issue on the internet, so why then aren't the idiots in power holding the criminals who are raping our pockets dry accountable for price rises that are not justifiable?
How can Queensland be $0.64 a litre cheaper than NSW, someone deserves gaol on this issue, as it's not only injust but criminal in the least.
I won't stop here, letters are being written to the slack pollies who we pay (so they can have holidays and pensions on us) who do nothing for us, and ok, it won't do a damn bit of good, but someone has to start somewhere.
Get real, (Politicians, NRMA, and Oil companies), bring down the price of diesel to be at least on par with Unleaded, as it was cheaper in the 70's and early 80's, why has it risen above, and by so much in the 90's and 00's?
